Refund policy

At Nafahat Al Thabat, customer satisfaction is important. However, due to the nature of our products (mainly books), returns are only accepted in specific cases.

 

Non-returnable Products

 

Items sold in our store cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of an error or major defect. No return will be accepted for a simple change of mind.

 

Items with Mentioned Defects

 

When an item has a minor defect (folded corner, damaged cover, etc.) clearly indicated in the product description, and this defect does not affect the content, no refund or return will be accepted once the order is confirmed. By completing your purchase, you accept these conditions.

 

Damaged Orders or Preparation Errors

 

In case you receive an item:

  • Damaged during transport

  • Or an error in the preparation of your order

Please include:

  • A clear photo of the product concerned

  • A description of the issue

  • The order number

After verification, if the error or defect was not mentioned beforehand, and if we decide to accept a return, the return shipping costs will be fully covered by us.

 

Refunds

 

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Product received damaged

  • Our error in shipping

  • Major defect not reported at the time of sale

No refund will be granted outside of these cases.
